What you will work on
Agentic workflow design
Map workflows and design memory-backed agent architectures that work in production.
Agent-to-agent memory architecture
Shared memory for multi-agent coordination without coherence failures.
Onboarding and deployment
Connector configuration, memory architecture, retrieval tuning — hands-on.
Transformation programme design
Strategic consulting for large enterprise AI leadership.
What we are looking for
Required
- 5+ years enterprise AI, solutions architecture, or technical consulting
- Deployed multi-agent workflows in production
- Substantive conversations with CTO and CDO stakeholders
- Strong written communication for architecture and executive summaries
Strongly preferred
- Memory systems in enterprise AI
- MCP or agent frameworks
- Regulated industries
Not a fit if
- Managed implementations without understanding architecture
- Need an established playbook
